I bought one of these dispensers for the kitchen, it worked fine for about a year, then it needed replacing the new one hasn't even lasted a week, tried new batteries, cleaning, nothing, very disappointed in this product

After purchasing, the product worked great-for 2 refill WOW. Then the 3 refill--before I knew it the new refill was empty, it wouldn't shut off! Should I try again?

I have both the hand soap and dish soap dispensers and love them. How ever i have been looking for refills for my dish soap for about a year and cannot locate them any where. It is also very difficult to find the hand soap refills. Can you provide assistance please?

My wife had bought a soap dispenser when they first come out (old style) and it works fine with no problems. But when I buy refills for this dispenser they do not work on this style of dispenser because the new refills have only one pin and my dispenser has two holes for the refill which the original refills have two pins. I thought about buying a newer model but from the reviews I read about the problems other people are having with them I don't want one of the newer models. I don't think I would recommend either model to anyone because you can't get refills for one and the other wastes the soap by running when lights are turned off.
